POSITION DETAIL
With $930 million in assets, Houston Police Credit Union, located in Houston, Texas, is currently recruiting for an Assistant Vice President of Member Service. Reporting directly to the COO, the incoming AVP will be responsible for driving exceptional member experience in the branches, across digital channels, and through telecommunications. Responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring the staff on customer service standards, tracking, evaluating, and reporting on member satisfaction, and developing strategic initiatives that can be executed to enhance the member experience. The successful candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills in the areas of customer service, have at least three years of experience in delivering customer service across digital platforms, and have highly effective communication skills. A bachelor’s degree and credit union experience are strongly preferred.
