Job Title : Maintenance Operator – Aerospace Fasteners
Job Description :
Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment used in the manufacturing of aerospace fasteners. Ensures equipment reliability and minimizes downtime to maintain production schedules.
Key Responsibilities :
Performs routine preventative maintenance on production machinery (CNC machines, HAAS lathes, mills, presses, etc.) according to established schedules.
Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on equipment.
Identifies and replaces worn or damaged parts.
Maintains accurate maintenance logs and records.
Works closely with production personnel to identify and resolve equipment issues.
Orders and manages spare parts inventory.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Maintains a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree in a related field preferred.
Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
Familiarity with various types of production equipment (CNC machines, lathes, mills, presses, etc.).
Preferred Skills :
Experience in the aerospace industry.
