We are looking for a team member who LOVES to see a need and fill a need. We have incredible systems and processes in place and are looking for a team member who is phenomenal at following through. This team member must be great at closing loops. Loves working with people brings HIGH energy to the team and is willing to do whatever it takes to complete our daily workflows.
It is a small but HIGHLY DETAIL ORIENTED PRACTICE THAT PRIORITIZES QUALITY AND ACCURACY over quantity. It is important to note that you will be working DIRECTLY WITH THE BUSINESS OWNER WHO TAKES A LOT OF PRIDE IN THE SERVICE LEVEL THAT IS BEING PROVIDED TO THE PATIENTS. ** THE OFFICE HAS TO SET THE TONE SO WE WANT SOMEONE WHO TAKES PRIDE IN THEIR APPEARANCE AS THEY WILL BE A REPRESENTATION OF THE OFFICE.
THE DOCTORS ARE HIGHLY PARTICULAR BUT VERY DIRECT, GENEROUS, AND GLADLY REWARDS HARD WORK AND DEDICATION WITH MONTHLY OR QUARTERLY INCENTIVES AND BONUSES.

Receptionist needed for our busy clinic. Positive attitude, good work ethic, team player, and passion for helping people are required to be successful in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Diagnostics
- Patient care follow up
- Managing the patient flow through the office
- Other duties as necessary
- Working with our electronic medical records
- Working with our providers
- Patient follow-ups on missed appointments
- Assisting with patient therapy
Required skills:
- Great customer service - friendly and helpful personality

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- General computer knowledge - MS Office (Word, Excel)

Hours of business are: Mon-Thurs 7:50 am-6:00 pm and Fridays 7:50 am-12:30pm
