Receptionist needed for our busy clinic. Positive attitude, good work ethic, team player, and passion for helping people are required to be successful in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Patients Travel Cards
• Chart note completion
• Patient Progress notes
• Patient Therapy treatment
• Assist the Front Desk
• Work with providers
• referring patients future diagnostics
• Patient follow-ups on missed appointments
• Working with our electronic medical records
• Working with our provider

Required skills:

• Great customer service - friendly and helpful personality
• Reliable
• Quick learner
• Good with numbers
• High level of attention to detail and meticulous note taking for patients.
• High level of organization
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• General computer knowledge - MS Office (Word, Excel)

• A must- TEAM PLAYER, COLLABORATION, and COMMUNICATION

Hours of business are: Mon & Wed 8:00am-5:30pm, Tues & Thurs 8:00am-5:00pm and Fridays 8:00pm-01:00pm
