An IT Operations Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of an organization's IT infrastructure. This role involves monitoring, maintaining, and improving IT systems, resolving technical issues, and supporting business operations through effective IT solutions. The analyst serves as a bridge between IT teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that systems and processes align with organizational goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages the implementation and administration of information systems and equipment in accordance with organizational policies and goals.
Administers internal procedures and guidelines to diagnose and resolve technical issues across different systems and technologies, including hardware, software, and networks.
Oversees the analysis of business needs and selects IT hardware and software products to support internal business processes.
Develops detailed documentation of methodologies, processes, and specifications of an organization's IT systems and assists with the planning of the organization's IT roadmap.
Manages the IT strategy and roadmap to ensure computer equipment, hardware, and software operate in alignment with organizational needs and standards.
Plans and implements an organization's network infrastructure including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks and monitors network performance.
Allocates resources and oversees departmental budget to support and manage IT projects through the entire lifecycle.
Purchase equipment and manage inventory.
Work with IT Security to manage user accounts and access controls.
Manage MDM solutions including, but not limited to, building software packages, deploying policies and configuration profiles.
Manage network switching and firewalls.
Assist with implementation of WLANs and other wireless networks.
Deploy VPN solutions for remote desktop management.
Manage virtual desktop interfaces and applications.
Cybersecurity: Monitor, and remediate endpoint security solutions, ensuring all systems are correctly configured and maintained.
Manage and execute deployments, ensuring smooth rollout of new systems and updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues.
Purchase equipment and manage inventory.
Collaborate with contractors to manage and maintain AV systems: Crestron and Crestron Lighting.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues with basketball technologies.
 Manage building security system technologies.
Other assigned tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 5 years’ experience
Excellent computer skills to include high proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Must be multi-task oriented with great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Knowledge of office equipment, i.e. fax and copy machines
Must be extremely flexible with the ability to handle fast paced environment with short deadlines and adapt to a team player environment
Must be customer service and Relationship Building oriented and demonstrate a high standard of excellence
Must be available to work extended hours, holidays, and game nights
Must be able to meet deadlines and follow through on project outline or strategies
Must have a high level of decision making and accountability
Communicate (both written & verbal) in a concise and effective manner

PHYSICAL & MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

The employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, use handle or feel, reach, kneel, crouch or crawl, communicate with others.
The vision requirement includes the ability to review written and electronic materials in both digital and physical format. 
The employee must be able to transfer and move items for departmental needs.
The employee must be able to adjust to changing work hours and locations as needed considering the strong focus on external communications and relationships.
