Storm Restoration Representative / Project Manager / Customer Relations Manager

• Houston Strong Roofing is currently looking to add 3-5 individuals to our team of storm restoration representatives to assist in handling the influx of insurance claims due to storm damage such as hail and wind that have been affecting the surrounding area.
• Our company's revenue has almost tripled year-over-year, in restoration projects and insurance claim related construction, and we are expecting to continue to grow.
• To handle the jobs our company anticipates, we are looking for driven, energetic, independent individuals, with strong self-discipline to join our team and assist homeowners with their insurance claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections.
• No experience? No problem. We deliver the best storm restoration training program in the nation, developing fully capable, proficient representatives within 5 days.

**NOTE: This is NOT a remote position.**

Qualifications:

• Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customer
• Must be physically able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Independent by nature, self-disciplined, and excellent time management
• Must be willing/able to self-generate leads as well as run with office leads
• Must have smart phone capable of taking photos/videos during home inspections and use company apps for job files

Responsibilities:

• Inspecting & Documenting homes for storm damage
• Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on their repairs and claims process and sign restoration agreements
• Creating estimates & measuring home exteriors and damages
• Marketing / Lead Generation for new prospects

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

• Commission pay
• Uncapped commission

Schedule:

• Evenings as needed
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Cypress, TX 77429: Relocate before starting work (Required)
