Basic Function: Assist in the development and execution of programming that promotes the growth of youth and high school football, flag football, and coaching education.
Job Function (Duties & Responsibilities):
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of the Houston Texans NFL FLAG program
- Coordinate the growth and development of Texans Flag League partnerships
- Assist with the development of female flag football programming
- Maintain elementary and middle school flag football database.
- Coordinate and execute Texans FLAG-In-Schools initiative
- Execute annual NFL FLAG Regional event
- Maintain youth football equipment and other related promotional items.
- Assist in implementing youth outreach plans to increase the overall youth football participation in the Houston/Greater Houston area.
- Provide support for other Football Development programs such as high school, youth, and coach education as needed.
- Assist with the maintenance of marketing vehicle and storage areas.
- Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by reporting to Senior Football Development Manager.

Skills Required:
- General knowledge of the objectives and rules of the game of American football.
- Assist with duties and responsibilities related to budget allocation and resource expenditure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop solid working relationships at all levels across the organization and externally.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction to complete personal goals and as a team member to accomplish department goals.

Education/Experience:
- Previous events and/or youth programs experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
- High School Diploma required.
