The Assistant Manager position comes with a generous starting hourly rate of $15.50 plus tips with other benefits and perks.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 6 Months of restaurant experience.
- A Day in the life - The Hospitality Manager is responsible for supporting and managing all daily operations within the restaurant. You will have up to 25 team members under your guidance, so it is essential that each one feels at home and ready to help create the best environment possible. The focus of this position is leading by example, to provide an A customer experience, and encourage all team members to deliver that as well. As a manager, you’ll support your general manager in making sure procedures are followed and the HHC experience is top tier. This includes but is not limited to ensuring creating a world class customer experience, ensuring high food quality, and managing sales, and ensuring the restaurant is clean, efficient and profitable.
