Key Responsibilities :

• Manage new leads and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with leads and collect necessary loan documentation.
• Complete basic loan applications and hand them off to the Pre-Approval Partner.
• Coordinate appointments with the Team Leader.
• Ensure all leads are added to Arive and manage follow-up tasks.

Top 3 Duties :

1. Manage New Leads & Schedule Appointments :

Respond to new leads within 20-30 minutes.

Add leads to Arive

Schedule initial meetings with clients and the Team Leader.

2. Lead Follow-Up & Documentation Collection :

Make follow-up calls to gather required documents.

Calculate income and order verification of employment.

Obtain client bank statements for the pre-approval process.

3. Pre-Approval Hand-off :

Seamlessly transfer leads to the Pre-Approval Partner for next steps.
