What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Support Associate position at Hoven Equipment Company?
The successful candidate is customer focused; detailed orientated; follows designed processes for creating repair orders, communicating with customers, and interacting with suppliers. The position is located in Lewistown, MT. Previous experience as a service writer is preferred.
Daily Tasks include:
- Reviewing repair orders for accuracy and completeness
- Returning phone calls
- Scheduling pickups and deliveries
- Ordering special order parts
- Answering the phone
- Forwarding calls and taking messages
- Helping Technicians occasionally
- Helping Parts people
- Helping process paperwork
