We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in New York City. This full-time, exempt position will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our office operations.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the key point of contact for office vendors and guests, ensuring smooth communication and timely issue resolution.
- Responsible for submitting maintenance requests and maintaining the safety of the office environment.
- Manage mail and package delivery, including sorting and distributing correspondence.
- Be available on-site in the office on Monday-Thursday, with occasional ad hoc Fridays for important meetings or events.
- Maintain inventory of necessary office supplies, restocking as needed.
- Order catered lunches for the team, promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensure general office upkeep and maintain a clean, functional space.
- Partner with the Workplace Director to plan and execute engaging office events and activities.
- Support two executives as their dedicated Executive Assistant.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year's experience in an office management or operations role.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Google Calendar.
- Self-motivated, optimistic, and professional demeanor with attention to detail.
- An eye for good design and aesthetic, ensuring our office space reflects our brand.
- Strong initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Good judgment and ability to interact with all levels of management.
- High level of professionalism and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and excellent computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing work priorities.

We have Hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where we expect this employee to be in-office Monday-Thursday to build rapport and foster organic connection. At this time, we are not considering fully remote roles. This role is located in our New York City hub.
