FOH Manager/Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic FOH Manager/Bartender/Server to join our team in a vibrant casual dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Manage the FOH area, including inventory control, cleanliness, and organization.
• Assist in training new staff members on restaurant operations and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends, and menu items to enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol serving.
• Supply ordering.
• Scheduling FOH staff.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles.
• Experience in food preparation and understanding of food service operations.
• Familiarity with casual dining environments and bar management practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Experience in staff training and development is preferred.
• Previous experience in restaurant management or as an Assistant Manager is a plus.

Pay: $8.00 - $150.00 per day

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
