The Park Street program is a family centered, trauma informed residential treatment program located in Rutland, VT. This is an awake overnight position. Looking for individuals who love to cook, clean, and organize to help create a therapeutic environment for the residents. Responsibilities: Develop therapeutic relationships with residents Implement behavior plans/conflict resolution strategies and teach emotion regulation skills Assess/adjust the milieu to ensure proper supervision and crisis management Communication and Documentation of treatment progress Model and teach healthy interactions Facilitate community inclusion, daily living, and skill acquisition Engage in fun activities with the residents Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent One year combination of skills, experience and or education Valid driver's License and use of a personal vehicle Structure: 1-32-hour work week position open and 1-40 hour work week position open 32 hour is 12:00am - 8:00am Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 40 hour is 12:00am - 8am Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday AFSCME Union (dues will apply) Starting at $22.30 an hour plus shift differential We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience Benefits: Generous time off starting at 36 days of combined time off per year for full-time employees (and increasing with years of service); pro-rated for positions 16 hours or more Comprehensive Health Insurance with 80% agency-paid premium support for individuals, couples, and families (pro-rated for part time).
