General Responsibilities
The Engineering and Technology Department is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated adjunct instructors to daytime and evening courses, including lecture and lab instruction. Classes are offered in a variety of formats, including face-to-face, fully online, and hybrid modes of instruction. Weekday, evening, and Saturday teaching opportunities are available.
Join our team of dedicated instructors to inspire and educate the next generation of engineers, construction managers and technologists, and to instill fundamental scientific competence in students across the college. The Engineering and Technology department is currently seeking adjunct faculty to teach in the following disciplines :
- Additive Manufacturing
- 3-D Scanning and Printing
- Biomedical Equipment Technology (BMET)
- Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Computer-Aided Design
- Construction Management
- Construction Surveying
- Electronics
- Engineering
- Engineering Technology
- Gaming & Simulation Design
Work Performed
Candidates should be prepared to engage modern learners through effective and rigorous instruction that utilizes appropriate technology and employs teaching strategies that accommodate diverse learning styles. Adjunct faculty are expected to :
Minimum Education Required : Master's degree in related field for lecture instruction; Bachelor's degree in related field for lab instruction.
Other Knowledge Required : Prior teaching experience is preferred.
