BRIEF DESCRIPTION: County-wide drop-in programs for teens.
DUTIES:
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 18 years old.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
RATE OF PAY: Salary commensurate with experience.
Contingent – Paraprofessional
Minimum wage- $18.00/hour.
This position can be on a volunteer basis.
DUTIES:
- Set up program facility.
- Keep accurate registration and attendance figures.
- Check proper registration and proof of age of participants.
- Check to make sure area is safe.
- Provide direct leadership.
- Know and implement Department policies and procedures at the facility.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 18 years old.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Experience working with the teen population.
- Experience facilitating recreation activities.
- Ability to deal with difficult people and difficult situations.
RATE OF PAY: Salary commensurate with experience.
