Position Overview:
As a Real Estate Sales Manager at Howard Hanna Rand Realty, you will oversee and mentor a team of talented real estate agents, ensuring they meet their sales goals, provide excellent client service, and grow professionally. This role is key to driving the overall success of our offices, offering you the opportunity to shape the future of our team while advancing your career in a thriving market.
Available positions are throughout our Hudson Valley NY regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and agent productivity.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to improve skills, knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Foster a positive, high-energy office culture focused on teamwork and collaboration.
- Ensure agents are utilizing our cutting edge, latest technologies and tools to maximize their success.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to agents on complex transactions and negotiations.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide feedback to help agents improve their results.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and share insights with your team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and local partners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and regulations within the NY Hudson Valley region.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Track record of driving sales growth, recruiting new and experienced sales associates, and achieving business objectives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- A valid New York State Real Estate Broker Associate License is required.
