The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated "people person" who thrives on client relationships. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes of residential properties. A passion for real estate and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining adherence to the Realtors® Code of Ethics are essential.
What You Can Expect:
- Assistance with taking tests to get you license, discounts on certain training products and access to the Howard Hanna Training School
- Initial marketing materials to jump-start your career including business cards and sign riders!
- One-on-One training and mentorship with the Sales Director
- Support and guidance from experienced agents with almost 100 years of combined experience, including their tips, tricks and knowledge.
- The opportunity to obtain leads from in-house PLUS the opportunity to gain leads from assisting with Open Houses and Walk-Ins (We get multiple walk-ins per month due to our prominent location)!
- Weekly team meetings and trainings to stay current within the industry
- Access to a HSuite (Internal Program Suite) - a full range of tools for agents including a CRM, ZipForms, Marketing Materials, Website, CMA tools, Market Insight Reports and SO much more!
- The opportunity to increase your commission split based off production - the more you sell the more money in YOUR pocket!
- Low Errors & Omissions fee per month
- Access to a full time Office Administrative Professional

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
