Position: Real Estate Sales Person
Responsibilities
· Lead generation through various channels such as referrals, in person activities, networking and social media.
· Assist clients with the selling and buying process, offering expert advice and guidance.
· Conduct property tours and provide clients with detailed information about available listings.
· Negotiate and draft contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
· Collaborate with other team members, including agents, brokers, and marketing professionals, to maximize sales opportunities.
· Stay up to date with market trends, property values and industry developments.
· Maintain a strong client database and foster long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
· Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
Requirements
· Valid real estate license in Pa. Existing licensed agent or interested in getting a real estate license.
· Passing criminal background check.
· Proven track record or desire to be successful in real estate sales.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
· Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Tech-savvy with proficiency in real estate software and online marketing platforms. Participate in Howard Hanna’s industry leading training.
· Knowledge of Local market conditions and neighborhoods.
· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
