About The Internship Program
This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to get started in the Commercial Real Estate field - shadowing and learning in the fast-paced Real Estate environment. This is a paid position that you will be working for 10-12 weeks. You will be introduced to our company, commercial real estate and to our professionals. While working at HLWE, you will be emersed in three major commercial real estate disciplines: Retail, Office, and Industrial Brokerage. Not only will there be learning opportunities but also networking opportunities to get the full feel of what HLWE is about.

Duties
- Conducting market research
- Managing and updating company data bases
- Contributing to specific client projects
- Participate in client calls, meetings, and field work
- Provide support with market surveys and financial analyses
- Provide support with proposal and lease reviews
- College Graduation of 2025, 2026 or 2027
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to work as a team
- Desire to learn / work in the Real Estate industry
- Ability to be comfortable in networking environments
