As the Email Communications Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing email campaigns that foster brand loyalty and improve client experience. This position requires creativity, technical expertise, and a solid understanding of lifecycle marketing strategies.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Email Marketing
- Under the direction of our Communications Director the candidate will develop strategies for marketing email campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness and building trust with existing customers.
- Creates email campaigns utilizing strong writing skills that aligns with and furthers the company voice.
- Collaborate with the in-house design team to create visually appealing, actionable campaigns that align with brand standards and drive engagement.
- Be responsible for updating the editorial calendar with email marketing activities.
- Analyze email performance, optimize templates, and enhance client engagement.
- Responsible for data back end clean up and maintenance of programs.
- Partners with Communications Director and Social Media Manager on blogs, social media postings and newsletters.
- Data Reporting & Analysis
- Track, analyze, and report on email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.
- Provide actionable insights based on performance data to inform future campaigns and improve ROI.
- Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track trends and campaign effectiveness.
A qualified candidate will have:
- A creative eye for email creation and design, ensuring all content adheres to brand standards and resonates with target audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple time sensitive projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Associates or bachelors degree in marketing or related field.
- 2 years of experience in email marketing, SMS marketing, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and email performance dashboards.
