Role Description
The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor Position.
Tuition Reimbursement is offered for new agents who are willing to commit to a 1 year agreement with the Ellsworth Office location.

Qualifications
- Real Estate License, Real Estate, and Real Property skills
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends
- Experience in property management is a plus
- Pre-licensing Real Estate classes are required- Tuition reimbursement is offered for the right candidate.
Salary : $30,000 - $200,000
