Duties
- Sell various types of insurance to individual and commercial clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements, analyzing their current coverage and identifying gaps.
- Present and explain insurance policies, including benefits administration and coverage options, in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve overall performance in the insurance market.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in HIPAA compliance to ensure accurate information is provided to clients.
- Utilize multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay updated on products and sales techniques.
Skills
- Proven experience in collaboration sales and insurance sales is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information simply.
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes and HIPAA regulations is a plus.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with a wider range of clients.
- Previous experience in retail sales can be beneficial for understanding customer service dynamics.
