We're looking for a highly organized Front Desk Agent to help manage the check-in and check-out of hotel guests. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing the front desk on their own, including responding to guest inquiries, processing room charges, performing nightly audits and communicating effectively with other departments. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to guest service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones when necessary.
- Greet guests and explain hotel policies.
- Ensure that each guest is checked in correctly and has a room assigned according to preferences.
- Assist with the check-in or check-out process as needed.
- Be knowledgeable about how to get to local attractions.
- Knowledge of Synxis Property Hub is a plus
