We are looking for a full time maintenence man to handle the property. Some of the tasks include property upkeep, repairs, preventative maintenance, pool maintenence, etc. Pay is based on experience. Please provide resume.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $18 - $24
