CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Howard Shockey & Sons is seeking a talented Project Manager for our growing team. Howard Shockey is a full-service family-owned general contractor with work in market sectors including commercial, senior living, parking, healthcare, education, and municipal. The PM will manage specific ground up projects valued up to $100 million to ensure that the goals or objectives of each project are accomplished within the prescribed safety, time-frame, and funding parameters. The PM is responsible for reviewing project proposals or plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project. Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of related experience with a commercial general contractor and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
