**Job Summary**
The primary function of this position is to provide obstetric and gynecological care as a locum physician, specifically covering the maternity leave of our permanent OBGYN.
As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will be responsible for rounding on inpatients daily, including weekends. The average number of inpatients per day is 1-3 patients, with an average of 1-3 deliveries per day. You will also conduct 2-4 non-stress tests (NST)/observations daily and manage 4 Labor Delivery Recovery (LDR) beds.
Key Requirements:
- Comfortable performing vaginal and cesarean deliveries
- Ability to consult with Emergency Department (ED) patients as needed
- No midlevel support available for inpatient care
- Experience working with patients aged 15-70
- Familiarity with Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
