Boutique consulting firm in midtown NYC is hiring a Professional Development Manager.
This role is 5 days onsite.
The Professional Development Manager will report to the Managing Partner and be responsible for the professional development of employees and team morale.
Responsibilities:
- Work with employees and have frequent one on one meetings to guide in career development
- Organize and develop training materials and a mentorship program
- Lead team building
- Conduct exit interviews
- Manage reviews
- Manage post engagement review process
- Manage the firms recruiting efforts
- Communicate with applicants throughout the recruiting process
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in talent management
- Bachelors degree or equivalent required
Salary : $80,000 - $150,000
