Our client, a prestigious law firm, is looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist. This is a dynamic, collaborative position requiring an individual who has excellent project and time management sills as well as strong client service orientation. This role will be critical in supporting both internal and external communications, working closely with attorneys and staff across the firm’s various offices.
The primary responsibility is to develop and execute marketing communications strategies that elevate the firm’s visibility, promote business development, and support client relationships. A deep understanding of the firm’s practice areas, clients, and the industry is essential to create compelling content that aligns with the firm’s goals.

· Create, edit, and distribute a range of written materials, such as press releases, client alerts, attorney bios, blog posts, articles, and newsletters==
· Assist in developing and gathering content for major industry rankings, nominations, and media submissions (e.g., Chambers USA, American Bar Association, Benchmark Litigation).
· Support the maintenance and expansion of the firm’s online and print profiles, ensuring all content is up-to-date, accurate, and consistent with the firm’s branding strategy.
· Aid in the preparation of proposals, pitch materials, and RFP responses
· Oversee the creation, editing, and updating of marketing collateral, including practice group pages and attorney biographies
· Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development efforts and identify new opportunities to engage with clients and prospects.
· Develop and manage an awards and submissions calendar to track and ensure timely participation in relevant industry awards and recognition programs.
· Collaborate with departments and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external communications.
· Offer general client service support and communication to strengthen client relationships and contribute to the firm’s business development efforts.
