Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Reports To: Store Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates sales orders from phone, emails, in-store inquires.
- Verifies inventory, pulls inventory and prepares for customer receipt.
- Itemizes and totals customer merchandise selection at counter and accepts cash, charge card or purchase orders for purchases.
- Sourcing inventory for customers
- Assist in creating RFQ responses to existing customer base and potential clients.
- Stock displays with new or replenished merchandise as needed.
- Cleans display shelves and aisles on a weekly basis.
Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum HS Diploma or GED.
- Prior customer service or retail experiences a plus.
- Prefer industry experience within industrial, oilfield, mining or construction applications.
Computer Skills:
- Computer literate.
- Email and phone etiquette.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Physical Demands:
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to climb.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
