POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Solutions Engineer to deliver both pre and post-sales support for Cisco networking products. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of network principles and be experienced in configuring, troubleshooting, and modifying switch setups, IP addressing, VLANs, and subnetting. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with audiences of varying technical expertise to explain proposed products and services tailored to their technology needs. Extensive experience and / or certifications in at least two of the following network infrastructure areas is preferred :
- Aruba ACCP or ACCX / ACDX
- Cisco CCIE or CCDE (preferred)
- Cisco CCNP (considered)
- Possess current Aruba ACCP or ACCX / ACDX certification
- Cisco CCIE or CCDE certification preferred
- Cisco CCNP certification considered
- Design, build, and maintain network systems
- Proactively identify and resolve networking configuration challenges
- At least five years of experience in information technology
- Strong understanding of network technologies and principles
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated and requires minimal supervision

You must be able to work collaboratively within a team environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills. This role will involve remote customer support, traveling to meet new and existing clients, and on-site installations as necessary. Effective communication with customers and the sales team to manage projects is crucial.
