Cardiovascular Technology faculty facilitate the learning of nursing students and empower them with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to provide safe, cost-effective, and interprofessional care to clients, families, and communities. Faculty shall create dynamic learning environments to engender desired cognitive, affective, and psychomotor outcomes; develop students’ behavioral and socialization skills expected of nursing professionals; assess and evaluate student success; participate in curriculum design and program outcomes; function as a change agent and demonstrate excellence in CVT education and nursing practice, and continuously pursue quality improvements as a nursing educator.
