The Learning Designer coaches faculty on research-based pedagogical best practices and the use and adoption of instructional technology tools. The learning designer is responsible for designing and developing content and learning experiences for various audiences and delivery methods. In collaboration with division leadership, the LD supports the coordination for the implementation, delivery, and assessment of academic programs and institutional initiatives. A successful candidate must be able to manage multiple projects on various timelines from analysis, to design, to development, to implementation. The incumbent will use outcomes to evaluate academic courses, programs, and institutional initiatives. The ability to build relationships and collaborate with partners across campus is crucial to this role.
