Job Description
The Business Operations Associate-Temp will play a critical role in supporting our team's day-to-day operations. This includes providing administrative assistance, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to team members, including preparing documents and making travel arrangements
- Collaborate with the Expense Management team to ensure compliance with Travel & Expense protocols
- Assist with planning and executing meetings, including logistics and catering
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Perform other duties as required to support the team's goals and objectives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
