We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant-Finance to provide administrative support to our team of Managing Directors. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including financial document preparation, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Managing Directors and other team members as needed
- Prepare and maintain financial documents, including invoices and expense reports
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into our systems
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Perform other duties as required to support the team's goals and objectives
Requirements
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong self-organization and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
- Detail-orientation and strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Professional demeanor and engaging personality
- Legally authorized to work in the US
