DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a :
Sr Software Developer
The Senior Software Developer position will require hands-on code development, documentation of solution design, unit testing, and support and troubleshooting of defects and issues that arise. This position requires strong technical and analytical skills to review business processes and data, conduct functional and code analysis, and perform testing of code changes. This position will also involve production support, client support, and DevOps knowledge.
Location : Dallas, TX - Hybrid
Essential Functions :
- Develop and support application software using the Java development language.
- Work in a software development life cycle environment.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements for development and data interfaces.
- Work with other developers, business analysts, and solution vendors to translate requirements and develop functional code into deliverable solutions.
- Work with end users and the software testing team to perform unit, functional, and integration testing and validation prior to production implementation.
- Communicate software solutions to IT leadership and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational problems in a timely manner.
- Work in both Kanban and Scrum Agile environments.
- Continually improve processes and solutions, seeking ways to use new tools, features, and capabilities.
