Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of equipment to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients receive the best solutions for their needs. We primarily sell zero turn lawn mowers, trailers, powersports, and tractors.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our equipment.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position our equipment in the market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in equipment or the car industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up on leads.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
