We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated individual to join our team as an entry-level Operations Associate . This position is ideal for recent college graduates or individuals new to the wealth management field, offering an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in the industry and gain valuable operational experience. The Operations Associate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operational processes while supporting various areas of the firm’s activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency to maintain client and account information.
  • Assist in new account onboarding, including proper set up in our portfolio management & trading software.
  • Responsible for best execution monitoring.
  • Manage account cancellation processes in our portfolio management & trading software
  • Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations.
  • Support block trade preparation and execution in coordination with the equity trader.
  • Assist with the creation and monitoring of quarterly composites to meet performance reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with the operations team on special projects and process improvements.
  • Learn and adhere to compliance and operational procedures to support the firm’s regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with financial markets, investment concepts, or trading platforms is a plus but not required.
