Compensation & Incentives:
- Competitive Pay: $31.00-43.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

How you’ll contribute to the team:
As a Mechanical Piping Foreman, you’ll oversee the preparation, fabrication, and installation of plumbing and piping systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and training apprentices and journeymen, providing feedback on progress and performance.
- Designing work layouts, developing work lists, and determining installation methods based on blueprints and project specifications.
- Motivating the team to meet production goals while ensuring safety and teamwork.
- Coordinating with project managers and attending on-site trade meetings as required.

- Valid driver’s license for commuting to and from job sites.
How you’ll qualify:
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial plumbing and mechanical piping experience.
- Strong knowledge of trade practices and systems.
- Additional technical training or education is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.
What to expect in the field:
- Physical strength, balance, and coordination to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work at heights on ladders or lifts and in varying weather conditions.
- Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and working in different environments.
- Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
