Job Summary
Howell Studios is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to help manage client projects, ensuring smooth execution of video production, AI marketing, SEO, and paid ad campaigns.
This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, marketing experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Responsibilities
- ✅ Oversee all marketing, video, and web projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
✅ Act as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
✅ Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations for multiple marketing campaigns.
✅ Ensure client deliverables align with business goals and Howell Studios’ high standards.
Operations & Workflow Management
✅ Assign and track tasks for internal teams and vendors (SEO, content, ads, etc.).
✅ Implement and manage project workflows (Zapier, CRMs, Google Workspace, or Microsoft office 365, etc.).
✅ Monitor campaign KPIs and budgets, reporting weekly to leadership.
✅ Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies to improve execution speed and results.
Marketing Support & Optimization
✅ Assist with account setup for LinkedIn lead gen, email marketing, and CRM automation.
✅ Coordinate trade show preparations.
✅ Work with the sales team to develop client reports, case studies, and success stories.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing project management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Zapier, google workspace, Meta business suite, MS Office 365, conversion optimization techniques, and social media marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on collaboration across teams.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
