What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Howl at the Moon?
The most successful employees at Howl are outgoing people who want to hustle while having fun with their guests. Most places you go to work and work for the 20% tip. At Howl you can regularly earn a lot higher percentage of tips based on the level of service and the amount of personality you have. You really can set almost any goal for tips and if you apply yourself, you can earn it.
Our guests are mostly coming in groups to celebrate a special occasion like a birthday or bachelorette party, or just a weekend with friends and family. There is little or no food service depending on the location you work at so no need to worry about a kitchen. We specialize in drinks and entertainment!
It does get busy in here so make sure you're ready to squeeze through a crowded bar to serve the guests. The music is loud so be sure you're able to communicate with your guests when you can't always hear them. Bring your loud voice!
