We're hiring for Advanced Industrial Maintenance Specialist positions, perfect for those with a passion for keeping machinery humming.

In this dynamic role, you will be the linchpin in ensuring our industrial systems and machinery operate without a hitch. Your expertise will be key to minimizing downtime, optimizing performance, and preemptively tackling potential issues with your diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

To kick-start your journey, you'll complete training on 1st Shift (6:00am – 2:00pm) over a 3-6 month period.

Your Daily Adventure:

• Tackle and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic challenges faced by our industrial equipment and robotics.
• Execute a well-planned preventive maintenance regime to safeguard machinery performance and lifecycle.
• Swap out faulty components and parts using a variety of tools.
• Monitor and test equipment to develop robust maintenance protocols and preempt issues.
• Work hand in hand with operators and team members to address and rectify recurring challenges with effective solutions.
• Meticulously record maintenance tasks, ensuring detailed documentation in reports, work orders, and logs.

Qualifications For Success:

• High school diploma or GED; a post-secondary technical diploma is highly desirable.
• Demonstrable experience of at least two years as a maintenance or electro-mechanical technician in a production setting.
• In-depth understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLC, HMI, vacuum, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient in the usage of both hand and power tools.
• Skilled in reading technical documents and schematics; computer literacy is essential.
• Strong manual skills and the ability to lift at least 35 pounds independently.
