At Howmet Aerospace, we’re committed to revolutionizing aero engines and industrial gas turbines from our base at Cleveland Operations Tempcraft. We are looking for an adept Aerospace Mold Specialist ready to take on the challenge of perfecting complex mold and die cavities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Master the use of ultrasonic machines and polish stones to refine hardened contours.
- Drive the finishing process from initial rough benching to final polishing, ensuring impeccable surfaces.
- Perform thorough visual verification to maintain contour precision and surface integrity.
Basic and Preferred Skills:
- High school diploma, GED, or two years of mold polishing experience.
- Skillful in using equipment like the Bridgeport, surface grinders, and more.
- Precision in polishing injection molds out of hardened materials.
