- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 10 years of experience being accountable for capital improvements in the mechanical and electrical field.

Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. Preferred Qualifications For this position to be successful, preference is given to candidates with :
Work is normally performed in a shared work environment divided between the shop floor and interior office space.
While not regularly exposed to hazardous materials, this position requires wearing full PPE to protect from mobile equipment and hot materials when on the shop floor. This position requires light physical activity, such as walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods of time, as well as climbing stairs and ladders. This position also requires a willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule and be available 24 / 7.
Further, this position expects that the incumbent be willing and have the aptitude to assume the role of subject matter expert for the plant equipment and processes in the incumbents' area of responsibility.
Primary Purpose of Job Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, this position is responsible for developing process controls and procedures in specialized areas to put into effect workable solutions to engineering and production problems, and to rapidly solve those problems in situations requiring closely coordinated completion with minimum operational interference.
Direct reports include a multi-talented group of engineers assigned to work within the incumbents' area of specialization.
The incumbent communicates continually with all levels of personnel across all departments at Cleveland Operations.
