Compensation Details
- The position starts at a competitive rate of $21.00/hr, with pay enhancements for those with proven skills.
- Enjoy shift differential pay: an extra $2.00 for second shift and $3.00 for third shift positions; all with foundational training on the first shift.

Required Qualifications
Education:
A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
Skills & Proficiencies:
- Excellence in arithmetic necessary for day-to-day tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and guidelines.
- Expertise in the use of electronic measurement equipment.
- Skilled in devising solutions to streamline processes.
Professional Experience:
Prior experience in machinery operation is preferable (1-2 years).
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
