What are the responsibilities and job description for the NDT Quality Inspector - 2nd Shift position at Howmet Aerospace?

- 3 : 00pm – 11 : 30pm). For this role, we provide you the training and certifications to help enable career advancement!
- Training for this role will take place on 1st Shift (6 : 30am - 3 : 00pm) for 2-4 months.
- Perform inspection operations - receiving, final and all in-process inspections on all part types.
- Conduct high visual concentration inspections continuously for 2-hour periods.
- Ensure parts are correctly processed through the power wash, ultrasonic clean, FPI line, and pre-etch steps.
- Pack, unpack, and load materials, as well as inspect and replace totes and liners when necessary.
- Perform daily and weekly calibration checks.
- Follow operational sheets and maintain all quality records.
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of manufacturing inspection required.
- FPI or NDT (non-destructive testing) experience preferred but not required.
- 20-$22 per hour
