• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 3 years' experience in a technical support role or similar IT position.

JOB SUMMARY The NETWORK ADMIN / PC SPEC role is a primary deployment and support role for business and manufacturing infrastructure within Howmet Aerospace's global manufacturing facilities. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Expected to assist in the implementation of Howmet Aerospace's EHS value and policy statement and its accompanying principles.
• Comply with all department, facility, Corporate and Regulatory EH&S regulations.
• Wear all required personal protective equipment.
• Report all job-related illness and injuries. (Per employee handbook).
• Report all Safety, Health & Environmental concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner. Technical Requirements
• Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and supporting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Familiarity with system installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Experience in performing system upgrades, patches, and updates.
• Basic knowledge of IT security best practices and the ability to assist in the administration and maintenance of security systems.
• Ability to provide user support in accessing and utilizing various software applications and tools.
• Knowledgeable about IT inventory management and maintaining an organized hardware and software inventory.
• Comply with all guidelines detailed in the IT audit requirements (with specific focus on business partnerships, change control disaster recovery and security) for assigned areas of responsibilities.
• Pursue continuous learning consistent with the movement in the job requirements and changes in technology.
• Lead the discovery, planning and implementation of process improvements in the individual tasks.
