- Command ultrasonic devices and utilize polishing stones to expertly eliminate EDM recast from resistant contours.
- Polish die surfaces from raw form to an exemplary finish that surpasses expectations.
- Accurately verify the contours and smoothness through a meticulous visual analysis.
Required Expertise:
- Completion of a high school education or equivalent polishing experience.
- Adept experience with precision mold technology and key machine tools.
