- Minimum 5 years' experience in aerospace fastener sales or equivalent, with extensive experience with OEM customers.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field from an accredited university
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft programs with intermediate proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytically oriented and able to effectively problem solve and deliver on objectives.
- Flexible and able to work with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated dependability and ability to work independently.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

The salary range for this position is $113k- $170k.Develop & sustain Howmet Boeing customer accounts, provide assistance with sales, technical & application training, and develop, present and target new growth business opportunities in line with HFS strategy.
Manage contract compliance of assigned customers to insure budget attainment.
Support coordination within the broader Howmet Aerospace groups, when required.
Coordinate commercial, technical and market details for product and marketing literature and trade show displays and communications, as needed.
Work in a safe manner that promotes the health and well-being of the individual and environment.
Comply with all EHS rules and regulations and supervisory instructions.
Report all incidents including injuries, spills, fires, property damage, and near misses to their supervisor.
Salary : $113,000 - $170,000
