MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 12 HOUR ROTATING NIGHT SHIFTS, 7:00 P.M TO 7:00 A.M. (2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off)
Must be willing to work overtime.
Pay rate begins at $23.33 and tops out at $27.77

JOB SUMMARY
Work independently under department supervisor to ensure quality of parts from the following operations (Engraving, Wax Wall Gauge and Wax X-Ray) meet internal and external customer requirements. Works with Wax Level III and Wax Process Owner on NDI – related scrap issues. Works with automation team to help problem solve equipment issues to root cause. Create or modify programs needed for Wax X-Ray.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Basic Computer Applications
- Must be able to read and interpret Product Criteria (PC) and Activity Instructions (AI).
- Must be able to function as a member of a team and be able to work under general supervision.
- Must be able to maintain expected quality levels. Comply with all site required policies and procedures including but not limited to: EHS, Quality, Code of Conduct and the Wichita Falls Employee Handbook.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- All duties of a trained NDI Operator, in addition to the tasks listed below
- Troubleshoot mechanical and programming issues on all Wax X-Ray Units
- Responsible for writing or updating all NDI Activity Instruction (with the help of the Wax Process Owner)
- Technique development for Wax X-Ray Units
- Responsible for ensuring IPC is being filled out for all jobs as required
- Responsible for ensuring Process management audits are being performed
- Annual Proficiency auditing required by MSAT
- Communicate with engineering on quality related issues such as high-quality fallout
- Communicate with engineering and Wax MME on jobs with high inspection points or 100% inspection but low fallout
- Work to meet or exceed department and plant metrics for safety, productivity and quality
- Other duties as required
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- 5 YEARS Wax NDI Experience
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
