This position will be located in Waco, Texas. We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic student to join our team as a Demand Analyst Intern. You will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day functions of our business. The intern contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of operations by identifying areas for improvement, implementing solutions, and actively participating in various projects. The role provides valuable learning opportunities and exposure to different aspects of the business. Your education is just the beginning - you'll become an active member of our Commercial team, reporting to our Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning Manager. During our 12-week internship program, you'll tackle real-world challenges through impactful assignments, and work alongside our industry changemakers.
Intern Impact Project : Sales Pipeline Analysis
The Demand Analyst Intern will work the Commercial team to implement data standards for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform in QuickBase. The goal of their project will be to analyze project data in CRM and ensure, with the support of Account Managers, that it is of high enough quality to be used for Monthly Commercial Reviews and our Sales & Operations Planning process. The process will be documented and presented to commercial leadership at the end of the 12-week program.

In addition to your impact project work, you'll have the opportunity to :
- Participate in reviews of sales opportunities with SIOP Manager & Account Managers
- Develop Data Dictionary for Customer Relationship Management platform
- Gather data requirements from stakeholders (Account Managers and Commercial leaders)
- Recommend any necessary changes to CRM data (i.e., the addition or removal of fields)

Compensation for this internship opportunity ranges between $20-$23 per hour . (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and / or location).
